Video-application for special WDR shows
The video application VideoPlus, which will be available for some chosen WDR programs offers the responsible online editor a complex tool. This tool allows the editor to present the programs online in a
completely new way. VideoPlus incorporates not only the well known functions of Flashplayer but also several interesting functions which will first be available for the program Zimmer Frei! as a pilot project.
The new application offers users the possibility to present additional information about single Tv shows and to provide further information concerning contents from the show. That means within the show video the user has access to additional extras such as audios, videos, picture galeries and texts.
The additional voting- and comment tool emphasises the interactive aspects of the page: users can directly discuss about single shows within this tool.
VidoePlus takes advantage of the wide possibilities that the internet provides nowadays in the area of videos. It does not only replay TV contents on the internet but also provides extra value in form of additional information placement that can even become playful and entertaining.
By this VideoPlus boosts the internet appearance of the concerning show in a special way.
